I recently went through a major issue with Penndot, and as always Darrell and Kathleen were there to help ASAP. And the issue was resolved promptly! They were quick to respond to my cry for help, and walked me through the process of what I had to do the whole time. They even called to see how things were going and to check in on the status of my situation once everything was sent out, and we were in the process of waiting for the paperwork to get where it needed to go. Incredible, ABOVE AND BEYOND service. Darrell and Kathleen, I can’t thank you enough for how you’ve helped me!"

"I’ve had a few insurance companies that pretty much wouldn’t work with what I needed nor was monthly payments feasible - during that time. My insurance agent(s) from different companies were terrifying. I was searching online for a multi-policy and I came across StateFarm. Again, not really sure what I was in search of because I had no idea about any of it. I just knew I needed multiple polices! I just put a few things in online to submit a quote. I got a call from Darrell the same day. He was so kind and professional. I explained I had absolutely no idea what I was doing and had very minimum knowledge of any of it. He took the time and explained EVERYTHING to me in detail enough for me to understand and get it. Not to mention he got everything I needed, and an affordable monthly payment that was lower than previous policies. Any time I had any issues, I’d call in and explain what had happened ect. Kathleen would answer and be so sweet and kind and reassure me everything would be okay. What she couldn’t answer, she promptly spoke to Darrell and he either called me immediately or he would call back later on - SAME DAY- with answers! Recently, I had to call in because of a cracked windshield - Kathleen answered, got all information needed, got me set up with an appointment for my windshield to be replaced. Not even two weeks later, had another issue with the windshield. I called back in so upset. Kathleen felt horrible, she decided to not let me “do it alone” she went above and beyond - took time out of her busy day and did each and every step with me ON the phone. Now, as if anything couldn’t get any worse - I unfortunately got hit with massive flooding. I called in just about in tears, with questions about my policy, explained what was going on, tried to go over everything possible. These guys were absolutely amazing!!!!!! They’ve truly helped so incredibly much. Each and every time I called in - I was treated like FAMILY by both Darrell AND Kathleen. They never hesitated on anything - immediate problem solvers. They don’t care how long it takes they will listen, empathize, calm you down, and figure out how to tackle the problem. They have been nothing short of amazing! Darrell and Kathleen went (and go) above and BEYOND my expectations!!!! I love now when I call in (usually with bad news) and I still get treated like family and top priority- even so when they call me! I would pick Darrell over and over again!"
